BENTONVILLE CENTRAL!  This home is a great hub for hitting all the fun trails that Bentonville has to offer. It is ideally located 0.8 miles from the popular Tristan’s Trail, and 0.5 miles from The Coler bike park. Downtown Bentonville is 2 miles away and can easily be accessed by bike or car. Bella Vista is a very short trip along the greenway for those that want a variety of riding options.

This recently remodeled home includes a new deck, fenced backyard, outdoor gas firepit, updated kitchen, and bathrooms. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to everything Bentonville has to offer.

The space
Guests will enjoy the 3 bedrooms, and one loft style room that includes 2 king beds (master and loft), a queen bed (bedroom 2), and 2 twin beds (bedroom 3). Feel free to add a photo from your trip to our corkboard wall in the kitchen (please include where you are visiting from).

Other things to note:
TV’s are available in all of the bedrooms and have Rokus, or Firestick. You will need to use your personal accounts for Netflix, Hulu, etc.

We will allow pets on a case by case basis with a 2-pet maximum that includes a $50 non-refundable pet deposit to be billed at check in. No pets on the furniture please. If pet hair is found on the furniture an extra fee of $50 will be billed to you and please CLEAN UP after pets in the backyard. Dog waste can be disposed of in the trash bin out front.
