Ride or drive to the popular Crystal Bridges Museum within minutes. Access to the Slaughter Pen trail system (via Angus Chute) is a short 0.2-mile bike ride. The greenway that connects to Bella Vista is just minutes away.

Guests will enjoy sleeping in 2 king beds, two twin beds, and a beanbag that converts to a very comfortable full mattress for the living area when needed.  There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this 1800 square foot home that includes wood or tile flooring throughout the house.

The garage has a code entry to conveniently and safely store all of your biking and outdoor gear. Also available are fast internet service, smart TV’s in all bedrooms, washer/dryer, and a covered back porch with a large fenced backyard that backs to the greenbelt along the Slaughter Pen Trail system. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
